Membership with Fresno County EAC is a very affordable way to stay informed on relevant business related topics, and many presentations offer continuing education credits required to maintain HR certifications. Membership rates are as follows:

Individual Membership – $35.00 per year

Company Membership – $65.00 per year

Breakfast Seminars

Breakfast Seminars cost $35 for non-members and $25 for members. These two hour presentations are typically reserved for more expansive topics that require more time to cover. Examples of previous Breakfast Seminar topics include:

General Meetings

General Meetings are free and open to the public. These 75 minute presentations pack a lot of information into a short period of time. Examples of previous General Meeting topics include:

  • Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
  • Annual Labor and Employment Law Update
  • Survival Actions/Active Shooter in the Workplace
  • Healthcare Reform: Updates and Compliance
  • Social Media for Business
  • Contractor or Employee? (by EDD)
  • Paid Sick Days and Paid Family Leave
  • Discipline and Discharge

Seminars

Fresno County EAC organizes eight presentations per year. There are four General Meetings & four Breakfast Seminars. General meetings are from 8:00-9:15am. Breakfast Seminars are from 8:00-10:00am. All presentations are held on the second Thursday of the following months:
